Brand New, Factory Second and Resealed describe different product conditions. Read the condition notes and photos on the individual product page, including any cosmetic marks or missing packaging. Contact us if you need more detail before ordering.
What warranty comes with my appliance?
Warranty coverage and duration are shown on the individual product page. Check those details for the appliance you choose. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law also apply.
Can I collect my order?
Pickup is by appointment. Contact Value House to confirm availability, collection instructions and a suitable time before travelling to the warehouse.
Is installation included?
Installation depends on the appliance and service selected. Check the product details and installation policy. Integrated appliances and work requiring licensed trades may need a separate quote.
Can you remove my old appliance?
Ask us about old-appliance removal availability and fees before ordering. Any appliance accepted for removal must be empty, disconnected and free from pests. Confirm the arrangements with the store.
How do I arrange a return?
Contact Value House with your order details and the reason for the return. Requests are assessed against the product condition, the returns policy and your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
