What are factory seconds?

Factory seconds are products that have minor cosmetic imperfections but are otherwise fully functional. These imperfections might include small scratches, dents, or packaging damage that occurred during manufacturing or shipping. All factory seconds are thoroughly tested to ensure they work perfectly.

Are refurbished products reliable?

Yes! Our refurbished products have been professionally restored to full working condition. They undergo rigorous testing and quality checks before being listed. Many refurbished items are virtually indistinguishable from new products and come with the same warranty coverage.

Do your products come with a warranty?

Yes, most of our products include warranty coverage. The warranty period varies by product and is stated on each product page under Warranty and/or on your invoice.

Orders & Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times depend on your location. Sydney Metro typically takes 2–4 business days, Melbourne Metro 3–5 business days, Brisbane Metro 3–5 business days, other capital cities 4–7 business days, regional areas 5–10 business days, and remote areas 10–15 business days. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary during peak periods, public holidays, or due to unforeseen circumstances. Large items like TVs and appliances may require additional delivery time.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size and weight of your order. The exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

When will my order be processed?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking details. You can also track your order by logging into your account dashboard or by contacting our support team through the Contact page.

Warranty

Where can I see the warranty for a product?

The warranty is shown on the product page under Warranty and may also be listed on your invoice. If multiple warranty terms exist for a brand or model, the product page value is the one that applies.

What warranty periods do you offer?

Warranty duration depends on the item. Common warranty periods include 14 Days for some accessories with DOA or fault-on-arrival coverage, 3 Months for selected refurbished or factory seconds, 6 Months for some clearance or open-box items, 12 Months for most brand new electronics, and 24 Months for selected premium items or major appliances when stated.

What does the warranty cover?

Warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use. It does not cover accidental damage, drops, water damage, power surges, misuse, incorrect installation, or unauthorized repairs.

How do I claim warranty?

Contact our support team with your order number, a short description of the issue, and photos or videos if possible. We may request basic troubleshooting first. If approved, we will share the next steps for return and inspection. Resolution may include repair or replacement depending on the case and the applicable warranty terms.

Do I need to keep my receipt or invoice?

Yes. Please keep your invoice or receipt, as it is required for any warranty claim.
