Important details about product warranty coverage
All products sold by Value House include warranty coverage where stated. The warranty period depends on the product type, brand, and condition, and is shown on the product page under Warranty and/or on your invoice.
Warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use. It does not cover accidental damage, liquid damage, drops, misuse, unauthorized repairs, power surges, or incorrect installation.
Contact our support team with your order number, a short description of the issue, and photos or videos if available. We may request basic troubleshooting before approving the claim. Once reviewed, we will guide you through the next steps.
Please keep your invoice or receipt, as it is required for all warranty claims.
